Your monthly fee at SP8A is set by the order you join in and the plan you choose.
The more members join, the more we can put into the room and into running it. That added cost is reflected in the fees of the people who join later. Members who joined earlier keep their fee as it is.
JOIN
Full Access
¥25,000 (tax incl.) / month
Any time we are open, it is your workplace.
This is a monthly fee. In the month you join, you pay pro rata, from the day you join to the last day of that month.
Weekdays and weekends, use the space as much as you like during opening hours.
- You get a workplace of your own in Akasaka. Come as many days as you like; the fee stays the same each month.
- The people around you are fellow creatives. When you get stuck, there is someone to ask.
- See production requests from companies on the ENG8E (said “engage”) job board.
- When someone you know joins with your referral code, ¥10,000 (tax incl.) comes off the fee for each of you.

Weekday evenings, and all day at the weekend. Your workplace.
This is a monthly fee. In the month you join, you pay pro rata, from the day you join to the last day of that month.

On both plans, the monthly fee rises by ¥5,000 (tax incl.) for every 30 member numbers. The cap is ¥55,000 (tax incl.) / month for Full Access and ¥45,000 (tax incl.) / month for After Hours. Once the cap is reached, the fee stays at that amount, whatever the member number.
Each plan's price is its own standard price. Neither is a discount on the other.
There is no joining fee for member numbers 1 to 30. From member number 31, the joining fee is ¥15,000 (tax incl.), paid once when you join.
Your fee after you join
We do not raise the monthly fee you joined at for as long as you remain a member.
Fees are paid in advance. On the 27th of each month we bill for the following month. No fee is charged for any period before opening day.
“First month” means the first month that begins on or after opening day. Opening day: 1 October 2026.
The pro-rata amount is the monthly fee divided by the number of days in that month, multiplied by the number of days from your start date to the end of the month (fractions of a yen are rounded down). Your start date counts as one of the days.
If you apply after the 27th of the month, you also pay the next month's fee at the same time.
Member numbers 1 to 30 pay no joining fee, whenever they apply.
Anything paid before opening day is refunded in full, at any time. From opening day on, if you leave partway through a month, the rest of that month's fee is not refunded pro rata (Membership Terms, Article 11, Paragraph 2).
Every amount shown is the standard price for that plan in that member-number band. None is a discount on a later band's price or on the other plan's price, and none is a price charged in the past.
